The apartments / suites offer a very clean non-smoking living environment within a quaint residential setting. Each building holds no more than ten units and contains a mix of space ranging from efficiencies through 1-2-3 bedroom units. This approach to apartment living enables PPI to provide a more personal "home like" feel no matter what length of stay. In addition the living setting typically attracts the type of resident that appreciates the beauty, charm and character of living in a non-commercial residential setting. Our goal is to make each tenant feel as if they "own "their unit and strive to work with them to understand their priorities in making it feel more like their own.

Our residents are a mixture of 23 - 60 year old working professional and consultants as well as graduate & medical students. Term of the lease varies from a month to multi-years. Most of the units are rented on an annual bases and are provided un-furnished but PPI also has a smaller number of new beautifully furnished lofted one bedroom suites that are rented monthly and priced comparable to other Extended Stay housing
