As those who have read it know, Labyrinth of Madness is a dungeon-style adventure that requires the PCs to gain 20 magical "sigils" in a proper order as they explore. These sigils allow the adventurers to do various things in the dungeon. One entire third of the dungeon (Area G) is accessible only to those who have the 15th Sigil. Unfortunately, the 15th Sigil (as well as the two that precede it) is _found_ in Area G, making it impossible to even get to Area G. Whoops. I have no idea at what stage this error occurred, and it doesn't help anyone to point fingers, but a relatively minor error has caused significant (i.e., adventure-ruining) problems. The solution, however, is simple:
In Room E4, on page 44, the second paragraph from the end of the page where it says in bold: Sigil 15, it should say Sigil 12.
I apologize for this error. I intended on the adventure to be practically impossible to complete (it is supposed to be the most difficult dungeon TSR ever published), but not completely impossible. :)
