What is a TIGER TOTEM?
The Tiger Totem is part of the "instant reward" incentive for Tiger Cubs and is part of their uniform.  As the Tigers complete activities and attend meetings, they will earn beads that can be displayed proudly from their Totem, which is now hung from their right shirt pocket button.  Different color beads are awarded for attendance, completion of required activities and completion of elective activities.

The fun and entertaining activities reinforce the values that are instilled in all boys involved in Scouting.  Reverence of God, Family Values, Helping Others and Physical Fitness and Doing Your Best are but a few of the positive teachings.

We look forward to seeing LOTS of full paws by the end of the year!
What is the Tiger Cub program?
The Tiger Cub program is for 1st grade boys and their adult partners.   There are 5 Tiger Cub achievement areas.  The Tiger Cub working with his adult partner completes 15 activities in these areas to earn The Tiger Badge.   These requirements consist of an exciting series of indoor and outdoor activities just right for the boy in first grade.
