Responsibilities: NMR and molecular modeling techniques to study the conformation of DNA adducts with different platinum based cancer drugs, viz. oxaliplatin and cisplatin.

Responsibilities: Structural elucidation of protein-DNA complex by 3D-NMR spectroscopy and molecular modeling and energy minimization; Isolation and purification of proteins; maintenance of NMR spectrometer and training. Structure based drug design.

Responsibilities: Structural elucidation of covalent DNA and polycyclic hydrocarbon adducts by 2D-NMR spectroscopy and molecular modeling, restrained molecular dynamics and energy minimization; Synthesis oligo-nucleotide adducts, chromatographic purification.

Responsibilities: Synthesis of oligo-nucleotide adducts and there purification; Structural studies of covalent DNA-carcinogen adducts by 2D-NMR, molecular modeling and energy minimisation. Structural studies of DNA adducts and optical (CD, Induced CD and Ultraviolet) spectroscopy; NMR maintenance.
