We are an apartment co-op on historic Pass-A-Grille Beach on the Gulf of Mexico. All of our apartments are privately owned and tastefully furnished and fully equipped. Our two-story building has a large shared balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, so we can all enjoy the gorgeous beach and breathtaking sunsets. |

The fine print:
We have a 30 day advance cancellation policy May 1st through November 30th. In season, December 1st through April 30, we have a 45 day cancellation policy. Your deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days (off season) or 45 days (in season) advance of your arrival. If you cancel your reservation within 30 days (off season) or 45 days (in season) of the date of arrival, your deposit is nonrefundable. ALL PRICES AND POLICIES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. |
