• Two photographs of child - endorsements in passport ( Note): It is advisable that the children may be issued separate passport.

• Endorsment/Amendment fee $5 (payable in bank equal to local currency) $10 for urgent.

• Renewal Fee (Please check fee structure)
• Expired Passport
• Proof of Resident in U.S. (Notarized copy of Green Card/Driving License)
• Applicant under 18 years of age should also provide NICOP

Registration of Pakistani children born abroad

• Original birth certificate and a copy of the Passport.
• Proof of father's Pakistani nationality (NIC or Passport) attach photocopy
