The first thing I do in the morning is open my eyes and see the wooden ceiling. I check my cellphone for the time and find out how many minutes I have to snooze, or if some insomniac gave a message. Lately, I wake up earlier than my set time on the alarm. If I can’t have my self back to Dreamland again, I would open the television, insert my earphone to my ears and hear Breakfast, the morning show from Studio 23, and go back under the sheets, hoping some boring stuff from the show would give me back my yawn. My time is at 8:30 am, so when I know it’s 7 am, I start moving. Well, I need not specify, right? I take a bath, dress up, take breakfast, grab my things, and so on. But what I do differently, I think, is that I look back in my room and see if I have forgotten something or if it is in order. Then, I head for school, and it’s not morning anymore. It’s kind of late. Well, in my morning classes, I tend to be attentive and participative. It is in the afternoon that I feel quite sleepy, and that’s another story. |
