These pictures, taken just outside my window, show something very special to me. I can hear you out there saying "its just some "F"ing trees". To me it's much more than that. For 10 years I lived in a place where the people's idea of Christmas spirit is wrapping christmas lights around palm trees and wearing green and red shorts to the beach. Thier idea of a snow storm is when they have to defrost an old freezer. You think I'm kidding? You say you dont believe me? I met many many people, yes grown, adult people in their 20's, 30's, and even 40's who have never actually seen snow in person.
When I look at these pictures they make me appreciate all the more the simple pleasures in life..
They remind me that much like a winter without snow, a life without love is just a cold waste of time.
You know what these picture's represent to me??????? It represents the first time I was'nt stuck over the "GD" wing when I asked for window seat. Why do they even bother putting windows over the wing anyway, all you can see is faded gray aluminum and signs that tell you "Dont step here". I had to take pictures because I dont know if I'll ever have this view again. Why does'nt Oliver Stone make a movie about the airlines conspiracy to always put me over the damn wing? :-)
