Dear Classmate,

Top Ten things you can do to help make our 40th Anniversary Reunion a grand success:

(1)         Purchase your own personal family advertising space.  Greet our class through the souvenir program.  Share pictures of your family, especially those of your kids and grandkids, by submitting them for your ad’s artwork.

(2)         Solicit ads.  Tap your friends and relatives, especially those who own businesses, to advertise in the souvenir program.  Or to contribute any amount financially as a donor.  We are offering a 10% commission on all solicited ads. (Not on straight money donations.)  Yes, you get 10% of your ad revenues.  If you so choose, you can donate your commission directly to the Foundation.

(3)         Send me the completed ad forms and payments promptly and I will issue the receipt from here, to the address you give me for the donor/advertiser. Receipts will be issued for all donations and advertising purchases.

(4)         Be a member of the Foundation.  Complete an application and become a member now.  It only costs $5.00 to join.

(5)         Recruit.  If you know of classmates who are not in the email or mailing loop, please send them forms and letters.  Get them involved.  Or, at the very least, send their names and email or mailing addresses to me in Union City and I will contact them directly.  Even a telephone number would be useful.

(6)         Write an article for the souvenir program.  In any language: Kapampangan, Tagalog, or English.  Send it to me and if it needs polishing, we will polish it. The final cut will be sent to you for approval.  We will publish it only if you want us to. Any article will do…short or long; serious or light; funny or sad.  Poems, short stories, anecdotes, essays…

(7)         Send pictures of you and our classmates.  Old ones in school.  Or new ones, if you have been having your own mini reunions.  Or if you have nice clear pictures from past reunions, lend them to me.  I promise to return all pictures sent to me… as long as you tell me that you want them back.

(8)         Schedule your vacation in December in San Fernando.  Reunion dates are December 28, 29 and 30.  There will be happenings, too, before and after that 3-day period.  Plan to join them all!

(9)         Bring your family.  Kids and grandkids are welcome.  There will be something for everyone… in terms of activities.

(10)       Volunteer to help.  There are various committees set up for the Reunion in December.  Share your talents and join a committee or two.

THANK YOU.
