| I have been a papillon breeder since 1994. I choose the breed with the help of the literature. It took 4-5 years before I was lucky to have our first papillon, as we did not have papillons in Estonia. I have been to many dog shows to learn about this breed - in Sweden, Portugal, Finland, Italy and Luxembourg as well as in Crufts dog show. I was one of the first importers of Persian cats in 1989 (Kissenhouse). I also registered the first Chinese Crested in Estonian Kennel Union. Our first breed is collie, since 1978. |
| Estonian first papillon was black-and-white male EST Ch SontinisTopaz (Pierosas Nitro-Carovers Unni) brought from Sweden in 1993. I bought him already in Estonia when he was 10 months. Topaz has given rather good successors and he has excellent coat. Many times he has been BOB, 2x CACIB. |
| At the same time we got Topaz I met the best Finnish papillon breeder - Vesa Toivanen who was at our autumn show with Multich Pepstar s Kuno of Unique. In the beginning of 1995 with his help we got a tricolour bitch EST Ch Arzillo Star Connection--Tähti- (INT & SF Ch W-91 Silenzios Manolito - Mangos Golden Norwegian Girl). Tähti became a very elegant, super fringed and beautiful lady. She has many BOB winnings and 2x CACIB. Tähti has especially beautiful daughter EST & RUS CH ESTW-98 Pamparix Charmant Blanche and son |

| In all our doings with papillons Vesa Toivanen and Kim Peurala have been invaluably helpful. They have invited me to shows, supplied me with literature, shared their experience and inspired me with their kindness and optimism. |
| As grown-up dog from Connection kennel we have a white-and sable male SF Ch & EST Ch EuJW-91 Connection Coronation Card (INT & SF & DK Ch W-90 WW-91 Pierosas Beelsebub- x Canockwills Ashjaydee) and white-sable bitch Connection New Future (SF & DK & EST & KLB Ch WW-94 Pepstars Kuno of Unique - SF Ch Tusa-Lusas Mercedes). There are now two Sweden-Finland champions from the two litters of this bitch, born in Finland. Her daughter EST CH Pamparix Charmant Coquette lives in our kennel. She was mated with S & SF Ch Pepejas Born To Be A Star and I keep s/w male Pamparix Franqua. |
| In spring 1999. a sable bitch came to our kennel, SF Ch Connection Sweet So Sasis the best puppy in Finland in 1997, bought from T. Koskinen. Now she is EST & LV & LTU & BALT& INT Ch BALT W -99. She is a nice showdog with very sweet expression. |

| In summer 2001 we leased a papillon FIN CH Queen Bless JP Romanee-Conti 'Peter' (Ch Lamonia's Nicklas - Ch Silenzio's Silky-Rubin). He is bred by Chie Ejima, Queen Bless Show Papillons, Japan. His sire is one of the most wellknown papillon studs in Scandinavia and 'Peters' dam is the most beautiful papillon we have ever seen. We are more than proud and happy to have this fabulous butterfly part of our breeding program- multiple BEST OF BREED & CACIB winner in Finland!. Now he has 4 CACIB and LTU&LV&EST&BALT&RUS&RKF Ch. | In summer 2000 we leased a papillon FIN CH Connection Getting Serious ( AM&SF&IT& S&EST CH Joco s Tuinluv Connection & SF CH Tusa-Lusas Mercedez)- "SOLO" to Estonia for show and breeding use. He gave some very promising puppies both in Estonia and Finland and got ESTONIAN-LATVIAN-BELA RUSSIAN-UKRAINE CH & BALT W-00 titules here. He is now shown is Brazil and got INT&GRAND BRAZ& BRAZIL & PAN AMERICAN CH, group winner and BEST IN SHOW -3. He`s son Tini is Finnish Juniorwinner-01. multible BOB and SF Ch. |
