I've kept a few things from my original site just to keep in perspective how I've changed. But really, my heart belongs in the now - with my boyfriend David.
If you know of our general relationship story then you know the roller coaster ride we both took. It started in our 8th grade when David asked me to be his girlfriend on April 1st. We both were curious about love but in the end, I just wasn't as ready as he was. We both agree that ever since then our relationship had been relatively "on and off," but I am so happy and proud to say that as of October 11, 2005, we've been together. It has been over a year - the longest relationship for either of us and baby, we are going strong.
David and I are both in college now, on opposite ends of the country (oh the challenges keep coming at us), but it has let both of us grow independently and closer to each other. We talk to each other everyday and know that the distance is just another bump in the road that will only be a greater victory when we come out stronger than ever in the end. |
