Traditional Food & Delicacies
Delicacie is something pleasing and appealing, especially a choice food.

When we talk about delicacies food we percept it as for example, a delicate flavor, a daity dish, an excquisite wine .

 One meaning of  delicatessen is: " the shop that sells food ready for serving, such as salads , highly pleasing or agreeable to senses especially

       of taste or smell, very pleasant, delightful.

        In Cuba ingredients are still at the bottom of almost every dish, and actually different and delicate blends and innovations of 5 centuries have

       developed a genuine cuisine.

People enjoy crispy-skinned, seculatent pork & chicken; yuca with garlicky mojo sauce

The pig had been marinated overnight in mojo, a tangy sauce of citrus, garlic, and herbs.
Cuban-Style christmas meny: Roast suckling pig with lime, garlich, and oregano mojo;

Pastries:

Mango Loaf, a pound cake with a swirl of mango flavoring in the center. The loaf does emit a strong smell and the swirl.

The Coco Leche Cookies are absolutely delicious. Soft and chevy, they taste of fresh coconut.

Other favorites pastries are: Guava Cheese puffs, Pineapple Crunch, Dulche de Leche Cake, Guava Cake.

Distilled liquor, without doubt, it is  an obligatory stop-off for all customers

Delicacies usually are distilled liquor made from sugarcane products. It includes both the light-bodied rums and fuller-flavored rums.

Cuban cocktail most popular drink is Mojito, made with rum, soda, lemon juice and a spring of mint.

Enjoy the dinner with good wine, tapas & delicacies like paella.

Food delicacy is something ,dainty, goody, tidbit, morsel. Choice morsel, savory; dessert; ambrosia, cate, manna

You can taste the delicacies from the sea such as lobsters, shrimps and fish or catfish. Only the state-owned restaurants can serve such delicacies

as lobster. You can also enjoy typical Cuban food such as rice and beans and grilled pork. In addition, you can taste sandwiches and delicacies,

such as feijoada, a typical dish of black beans and meats. Among them  we single out  delicious bar snacks of sausage, pepper and other delicacies, which  can be accompanied with a jar of cold beer or wines.

On the menu also are black-eyed beans, tamales and cassava in a special dressings.

Langoustine with lemon grass and vinaigrette, which are enhanced by an excellent choice of fine wines.

The dishes are carefully prepared on a barbecue or in the oven, and are accompanied by delicious salads and Cuban delicacies such as Congri.

People go at lunch to savor Cuban delicacies such as fried plantains, roast pork empanadas and congris , a flavorful mixture of black beans and white rice.

the combo Caribena La Mina is a sauté of chunks of chicken, pork, and shrimp in a tasty sauce with a hint of rum. The traditional Cuban Combo comes with

mojito, black beans and rice, some grilled pork in mojo, and dessert.
