|William (Para) Riviere, Ph.D, LLB, Historian|
William, a.k.a. 'Para', is an historian, a career lecturer in Caribbean History; presently writing, lecturing and practising Law in Dominica.
He has a Ph.D in Caribbean Economic History from the University of Glasgow in Scotland, a B.A Special History Honours from the University of the West Indies, an LL.B Honours from the University of London and a postgraduate Certificate in Legal Education from the Norman Manley Law School in Jamaica.
Dr. Riviere is one of the founders and political leader of the Peoples Democratic Movement (PDM) of the Commonwealth of Dominica.
