Apricot Snowballs

1 cup icing sugar
1 cup coconut
1/2 - 1 cup chopped dried apricots
aprox 1/3 can condensed milk

Place icing sugar, coconut and apricots in mixer/food processor with about half the condensed milk. Begin to beat/process adding more condensed milk until the mixture sticks together well without being too wet. Break off teaspoonsful and roll in coconut. Place on a tray and refrigerate. The apricot flavour develops more if left to chill in an airtight container for a few days.
