It is that time of summer isn’t it girls? Yes these days are still warm, but the nights are cool (Here in the Northeast US anyway) and the days are shorter. You can feel summer leaving us, just like you can fell it coming in the spring.
The dog days of summer are behind us. Football starts soon, baseball is getting to the playoffs. Kids go back to school. I love this time of year
I remember my first job out of college. I started in September, and the weather on my first day was so memorable- a fall day here in New England that just doesn’t exist any where else. Well maybe it does, but we New Englanders don’t think so, and we need the money the tourists bring in!

This is still another outfit from a site that sells primarily to women of color. Why should I let them have all the great outfits?
I was in a meeting this week with Trudy the lawyer and some of her colleagues. Trudy has no fashion sense at all. None. Zero.
I think she wears business suits all the time so she doesn’t have to think about it. On this day she wore open toe shoes with hose with reinforced toes.

How do you keep track of all of your stockings? I have a drawer that is filled with them, and no matter what I do it doesn’t get any better. It is a huge disorganized mess.

Before I answer Candi I would like some answers to some of my own problems with stockings
Why is it that when I buy a very expensive pair of stockings, and I only have one pair, they run immediately?
I would also like to know why I always seem to have 6 or 7 “orphans” with no mate
In any case, I keep my stockings in little plastic bags. I label them and sort seamed and un-seamed in different drawers. I hope this helps Candi
