Dear Ms. Zubriski:
I appreciate your company's offer to respond to the reader's allegations. However, the very first electronic transmission you posted between Ms.
Gardner and I, you chose to edit. When you edit materials and e-mails Mr. Zubriski, the contents of the messages get slanted. Knowing now that you
have made the offer and actually seeing what you do when you receive a response, I think I will take a pass, but thank you very much.
If any of your readers wishes to have information and documentation regarding any of the past events, they are welcomed to contact my office and
I will be happy to accommodate any reasonable request.
==============================================================
Artspace2000 nor myself have edited Mr. Carters email in any form. we have
emailed Ms Gardner to find out if she has edited this email. Or if this is just
another one of his games that he likes to play.
To Evan Carter
You asked us to post your email and we did so, but still you play games.
If the email is not to your satisfaction and you would like people to think that
we do not keep our word you will have to come up with something better than
that. If you wrote the email thinking we would not publish it then you were
wrong and you can not put the blame on us just because it is not an email
you want others to see.
Stop playing games. You have the opportunity to post your response and correct
any misunderstandings with these people so why not take the chance.
All these people want is their paintings and images back why not either give them back or explain why you are not giving them back?
Do not give me that excuse that we edited your email for you know that is a load of balderdash. Either say what you have to or just don't say anything .
