He's there when things are rough,
He's not a fair weather friend,
He's there when trials are tough.
He's always right there with us,
And provides for our every need,
When we ask for his help,
It is help we get indeed.
Though sometimes we're deserters,
When we find thing are rough,
But Jesus is our loving friend,
Is with us in the good times or tough.
