YOU WALKED THE VIA DELAROSA |
You walked the Via Delarosa, To carry the cross of shame, And it was because of my sin, So I'm the one to blame. You went to Calvary's cross, Upon on that lonely hill, And You did it willingly, To do Your Father's will. You took upon Yourself, The sin of all mankind, And then reached down in love, Lost sinners here to find. I am so thankful that You, Took upon Yourself my shame, And I will always love You, And will cherish Your name. As You hung on the cross, You said Father forgive, Fo they know what they do, You did it all so we could live. So we could live a life, That is free from our shame, So now we can praise You, And always love Your name. (c)Patricia Lawrence |
