Welcome to the "unofficial" homepage of the San Diego School of Creative & Performing Arts (S.D.S.C.P.A.) We have much to tell you about our school, San Diego City School's largest and most successful magnet school. We have 1450 students in grades 6 through 12, and a waiting list, at last count,of over 4,000 students! As this homepage grows, you will learn about our enriched curriculum, our performance calendar for the school year, the Friends of SDSCPA, and many other topics.
Many of our staff, students and alumni are active in the arts all over the county (and elsewhere!) and we hope to tell you about some of their experiences and invite you to their current performances.The expanding use of technology in education and in the arts is another subject we plan to explore in this homepage.
