Where we are and when we open
The Philippine Consulate General is located at 2433 Pali Hwy, Honolulu, Hawaii. We are open from Mondays to Fridays from 9 am to 4 pm, except on Philippine and US holidays. Our trunklines are (808) 595-6316 to 19. For a detailed directory of the Consulate, click here.
The Philippine Consulate will be closed on Monday, 19 January 2009, in celebration of Martin Luther King Day.

Passport applicants are advised to call the Consulate to inquire whether their passports are ready for pick up.
