Welcome to my website! Here, I share details about my professional academic work. I graduated with a Ph.D. in Organizationall Behavior from the Department of Organizational Behavior, Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio, USA, in May 2006 and have joined the Departments of OB and Marketing Policy Studies at Case Weahterhead School of Management, as a full-time non-tenure track faculty member. As a scholar-activist, I am interested in exploring the social issues of management from a critical perspective and generate positive alternatives. As a teacher, I want to faciliate students learning about these issues critically and systemically and equipping them with the necessary skills to address these challenges. One of my objectives is to create action-learning networks among various stakeholder groups like North East Ohio Breastfeeding Education and Advocacy Network (NEOBEAN), an action learning network that I have co-founded. My research areas are: Critical Management Studies Generative capacities of post colonial societies Social and Organizational Transformation Qualitative Inquiry Methods Action Research |
