Steps:

1. The best way to learn about web design is to set up your web page.

2. Go to Geocities and follow directions.

3. Set up a page with text.

4. Then add pictures.

5. Add at least one link.

6. Then add another feature.

7. If you have time, build another page and link the two pages.

8. Don't forget, you can do no harm by trying.
