Using Contact List to Send an Email
 
 
Steps
1.

Open Outlook Web Access through the district site.

2.
A new window will open. Position the two windows so that you can work in both windows.
3.
Click the contacts iconto open your contacts folder
4.
Find the person to whom you wish to send an email.
5.

Click on that person's name. That person's "contact card" appears.

6.
Click the envelope icon .
7.
Write and send your email.
 
You have now used the contact list to send an email.
