Creating a Distribution List
 
 
Steps
1.

Open Outlook Web Access through the district site.

2.
A new window will open. Position the two windows so that you can work in both windows.
3.
Click the contacts iconto open your contacts folder
4.
Next to the "New" icon is a pull down menu that says "Contact." Choose "Distribution List" from the pull down menu..
5.

Name your distribution list "Professional Development: Outlook"

6.

Add email address and click "Add."

7.

Repeat until all email addresses appear:
