Creating a Distribution

Steps |

Open Outlook Web Access through the district site. |

A new window will open. Position the two windows so that you can work in both windows. |

Click the contacts icon![]() |

Next to the "New" icon is a pull down menu that says "Contact." Choose "Distribution List" from the pull down menu.. |
5. |
Name your distribution list "Professional Development: Outlook" |
6. |
Add email address and click "Add."

7. |
Repeat until all email addresses appear:

You have now created
a distribution list. |
