List to Send an Email |
Steps |

Open Outlook Web Access through the district site. |
2. |
A new window will open. Position the two windows so that you can work in both windows. |
3. |
Click the contacts icon |
4. |
Find the list to whom you wish to send an email. |
5. |
Click on the list name. That list's "contact card" appears. |
6. |
Click the envelope icon |
7. |
Write and send your email. |
You have now sent
an email to everyone on that list. |
