Using Distribution List to Send an Email
 
 
Steps
1.

Open Outlook Web Access through the district site.

2.
A new window will open. Position the two windows so that you can work in both windows.
3.
Click the contacts iconto open your contacts folder
4.
Find the list to whom you wish to send an email.
5.

Click on the list name. That list's "contact card" appears.

6.
Click the envelope icon .
7.
Write and send your email.
 
You have now sent an email to everyone on that list.
