Pics of My Legend Page 3
While in the Install Process

Here is the drivers side after it was carpeted.  I couldn't find any carpet that matched, most of it was real real dark.  So I just carpeted it in black so that I could go to a show and not have raw fiberglass showing.  In it is an Eton Hex 4".  It serves as my midrange driver.  Once I rebuild my kicks for permanant placement, they will just take the place of the factory kick, or thats the plan.

This is the passenger kick.  Notice how it has a different driver in it.  I had problems with my Eton and put this Kicker in there to compete in Glasgow.  I still did alright getting the same score as I did in Pigeon Forge.  Also, Kliff who took second was also using 2 different drivers.  Also, this kick will be redone so it replaces the factory better and the extra glass will be cutoff.  This is what a 3hr kick looks like with no work afterwords.  :)

This is just a closer shot of the drivers side with some more light.  Notice the humps etc which is what I plan to get rid of when I redo them.  Also, above the 4" you can see where the tweeter use to be mounted.  I might put some more down there, but right now they are in the dash to help raise the soundstage.closkic.jpg - 38655 Bytes

Here is the box that is currently in my car.  It houses 1 IDQ12DVC.  Its .96 cubes, just what the sub needs for SQ.  It fits in the right side corner just about .5" from the trunk henge hitting it.  Perfect fit.   You can also see more aluminum foil where I am making my new sub enclosure.  It will house 2 IDQ12's(probably V2's, or maybe even IDMAX's) and they will be firing toward the inside of the trunk.

Just a shot of my head unit.  This is the Pioneer ODR D2.  Nothing too special.  Fold down face, fiber optic preouts.head.jpg - 38351 Bytes

More to come.
