Hearts & Rainbows loves to sit and create little rainbows to add to the love around Ponyland.
Hearts & Rainbows originally took me 2 hours to complete. She was drawn up and detailed with PrismaColors. Then she was edited to add all her color and name using Paint Shop Pro.
Hearts & Rainbows was completed on November 11th, 2003
