Kylie finds herself in a windy situation!
All in all I do like this piece. I haven't yet learned how to add shading to pieces I color in Paint Shop Pro and if anything I think it lacks that.
I started intending for the piece to be one edited in PSP since I had to take out Hearts & Rainbows of the computer edited catogory due to a lack of interest on my own part.
I wanted to create wind and I think I did an alright job of doing that.
Kylie took me about 2 hours to complete and was completed on November 11th, 2003.
