The media used in Sati was pencil and colored pencil.
Her story:
Sati is a pretty pony who loves to go exploring.
She is one of my favorite MLP's. She was completed on November 3rd, 2003.
I had nothing in front of me to complete Sati. I was just in the mood to draw a MLP and out Sati came. I have never even drawn a real horse in this pose so imagine my surprise when the porportions just came to me.
Sati was created using PrismaColored pencils and her mane, sky, grass and tree color was added using Paint Shop Pro.
I had never edited one of my drawings using any computer program and was very impressed with how easy it was. The only editing I did here was some background color and a very small amount of color to Sati. Sati's symbols are actually a modified wicken symbol meaning Moon Goddess. I hope you like Sati as much as I do.
