| Letter 1- Kevin's Letter |
| Kevin sat inside his hotel room. His cousin had found this project about writing letters to someone they lost. He pondered if he should in fact write a letter. He considered it & decided that if not for himself he would write one for Brian’s sake. Dear Dad, I know it’s been a long time since we’ve talked, but I figure maybe you’ll actually get this letter. I really miss you & so does Mom, Jerald, & Tim. We wish you were here with us, but we know you’re in a better place. I want to thank you for your support in my musical career because without it I would never be in the position I am in today. It felt so lonely after you left & I couldn’t cope for a year, but now I see that even with you gone I can still live the life I wanted to live while you were here. I love you dad. Your Faithful Son, Kevin Kevin looked at his letter. It made him feel better. All the emotions he had kept inside himself were on the paper in front of him. He smiled & put the letter aside, laid down & fell into a peaceful, dreamless sleep. |
