BVI Trip - April 1998

The world famous Foxy Callwood at Foxy's Tamarind Bar in Great Harbor

Enroute from Marina Cay to Jost Van Dyke

Soper's Hole - West End
We stayed on a mooring our last night in Soper's Hole on the West End of Tortola.  Billy & Ruth grabbed a ferry to St. Thomas to catch their flight.  Colleen & Paul returned the boat to the marina in Roadtown.

After spending our last night at The Prospect Reef Resort, the hotel provided transportation to the airport.  Taking the "high" road back to the airport provided this view of Tortola's north side, Guana Island (Monkey Point, center) and Great Camanoe Island in the background.

Aerial view of Roadtown, Tortola
from the north.  In the exact center is the marina where we chartered
EVERGREEN.

Goodbye, Tortola (center) and Guana Island (lower, left)

The last visual of the BVI was Sandy Key off of Jost Van Dyke.  Notice the boats anchored on the west (right) side in the shallows.  Tortola's West End is at the top.
