Colleen and I have been sailing Narragansett Bay of Rhode Island and the surrounding waters since 1990. Our first boat was a Catalina 25. In 1994 we purchased a 1988 Hunter Legend 37 and have navigated southern New England waters from Plymouth, MA, throughout Buzzard's Bay and the Islands and as far west as the Connecticut River and the Peconic Bays between the eastern fingers of Long Island. During the summer of 2002 we spread our wings and moved our boat to South Portland, Maine for two months and cruised Downeast during that time. Our excursion took us from Portland and Casco Bay thru Sheepscot, Muscongus and Penobscot Bays to Swan's Island just south of Mt. Desert Island |
