In memory of my mother who has left us now to go to a much better place where she will be free at last of a disease that took control of her life for so many years, please do not feel sorry for her but rejoice in the fact  that she is now free of the pain and fear that haunted her for so long.  She is in a much better place of this I have no doubt.  Please take a moment to say a prayer of thankfulness that she passed so gently with dignity and grace for now she is finally at peace. Also a prayer for those she left behind who will miss her so much and loved her with all their hearts.

God saw you were very tired

and a cure was not to be,

So he put his arms around you

and whispered "Come To Me"

With tearful eyes we watched you

and saw you fading away.

Although we loved you dearly

we could not make you stay.

A golden heart stopped beating,

working hands were laid to rest.

God broke our hearts to prove to us

That he only does take the best.

She will be in my heart forever and a day!
