A. My favorite subject. Yes I have a wife and a 8 year old boy & girl. They are the pride of my life. I live to see them grow..

A. I am gainfully employed as a equipment manager at a golf course myself and 12 others constructed. I hate golf is the funny thing. I have been a mechanic since I was.....ummm a long time....Maybe 20 years.

A. As most have I've found in your interviews. I am a Real junkie. Bought and played many games from Real. I reluctantly down loaded Small Ball since it said it was beta. Beta gives me a bad taste in my mouth. I've tested too much beta software and it gets old. I am very happy Small Ball is not horrible even when I first started playing.

A. Early June. I had no clue what I was doing. But the concept got me right away. I think I'm a bit slow at figuring this out but never the less I am completely sold out. I think I've gotten 3 people hooked as well.

A. At first I looked for the coolest team names. I wanted to crack up at the funny players names. Boy I've seen some hilarious names. The Boozers is one of my favorites. Eventually I thought I needed to play teams that were more skilled than the Tight Wads. Now, I just try to find closely competitive teams. Teams that don't play 200 games a season and are very helpful in the community boards. I think all web based communities are the most important thing about web based games

A. Because I thought they would be a team that would not allow many runs. I tryed to concentrate a lot of my training on defense. Ironic isn't it that it has taken me 7 seasons to find a pitcher that will not give up 25 homers a game. I still give up too many. The Oxnard where the home field is. I like to think in my mind that OTW is a real baseball team and they have there home turf.

A. Not well. I soon found many problems due to the lack of pitching. My team has been very solid in defense but if the ball flys too far what good is a defense. I don't neglect batting. As a matter of fact I train in specific weaknesses for each player. That I do only 2 days a week. The rest is batting practice. It was OK in the junior league but in 4th it will not be enough to advance

A. It beats me. I see him hit 320 foot homers one day and another he fans 2 times a game. My team is very moody. I think it's from all the Co Ed problems. I think Donny is dating Meranda..... I said it was against the rules but you know....the hormones take over...

A. Definitely looking for the pitcher who can shut down the opposition. That would only come from the pitcher who has speed changes and movement. I hate when games become who can hit the fans in the outfield the most. Games that are more than 10 runs should be few provided the competition is close. As a matter of fact I have seen the game change to this more lately.

A. Humm. I try to keep fielding up. I see very few errors on my team. Actually I havent seen an error in some time. So as I said earlier, I have been training bats more often.

A. What I know of him I have liked and disliked. My involvement in his game forces me to become too emotional and spout off in his territory. That has cost me a banning from the boards. I like the people there too much to risk being banned again. This situation I was in caused me to have bad feeling for him... I just had to see things his way to change my mind. The only thing that bothers me about commish is he doesn't come right out and tell us the secrets to a good team. But thats what keeps you coming back to the game. So in short, I like him. He & Small Ball have put together a game that has me hooked. How can you not like someone that has done that.

A. I love you man You have got the boards in a roar. Some don't see why you promote your web site so much. I do. You have started something that all people want to be a part of. Your a man of few words and that keeps you a mystery. I know your age and you are smart. Not many your age that are as smart as you. I tend to think younger folks are annoying, like my kids for instance (Im not annoying am I) People think you are because you post your interviews a bunch. I would do the same if it were my web site. I know how proud you are of you web site. So I don't think your annoying..

A. I think he is as emotional as me. I know he has less self control than me. It has gotten him in trouble with Small Ball. The very thing I want to avoid. If that means avoiding his posts, I will avoid them. I really don't know anybody on the internet except my friends that live near me. That makes character judgements impossible.

A. It depends on if he wants to. I think he is still doing what he can for Small Ballers. I will not be involved in anything he does though. Way too much conflict for me. If I were Falcon, I would show Small Ball a thing or two by training up my team to stomp the heck out of everybodys teams. If I could do that I would be a happy camper..

A. Nothing. I love it. The people are absolutely great. The forum is 1/2 of Small Ball. When you get to know someone, it makes the games more intense. It is the place to be.

A. Yes.....wait, Heck yes. If it weren't for the forum I'd still be searching in the dark for my team. Even more, the people are the forum. Beaner got me started. He is very witty with his humor and he got me to post my first post. Laughter.... I love to laugh.

A. Of course. People that start posting for there first time and put someone down. That was my weakness. If a stranger posted, and all it was about was putting someone down, I'd flame them. That annoys me. People who try to stop people from doing that are the people who live there and want the boards to stay a helpful friendly place.

A. It is slow going but all you have to do is reflect back a month or so and remember the problems then you can put it in prospective. I'm not very patient person so I have to do this from time to time. Usually when my team loses 6 in a row.

A. Animal cookies! Wow never thought you would touch on another one of my weaknesses

Q. What more do you want out of Small Ball other than game improvements?

A. More frequent tournament games. I have begun to build a web site that will host invitation Tournaments. It is called 'Free Tourney' It will be coming soon. Tournament details will be posted on boards and I will fish for interested Owners. At that point I will sort team skills and set schedule. It has much more to it then just playing a few games. The level of competition will be huge.....(I hope)

A. I think it stinks and you bite. Other than that it's Small Ball. I hate to lose as much as the next owner. How come you have to kick me when I'm down

A. Depends, Some have great game tips. some have great pictures. Some have cool interviews. Your web page has more hits on it from me.

Q. Was this interview fun for you?

A. Yes, What's even better than the interview is seeing all the people tell you how cool these are. I hope I don't spoil it.... Lets see what the response from commish is when you interview him. Small Ballers will go ape.....err crazy when they see that interview.
