Today, we find ourselves confronted with increasing costs for supplies and services we use in providing care for your children. Inflation is growing for everyone including medical offices. Our objective is to provide our patients with the best care we can at a reasonable cost to you. We request that all charges be paid at the time of service. For your convienence we do accept several major credit cards and personal debit cards.
We do participate in several insurance plans. We will file those insurance claims for you. Financial responsibilty for your childs treatment is ultimately yours. Please remember that your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company and we are not a party to the contract. You are responsible for all co-pays and deductibles at the time of service. We do not bill for co-pays. At the time you check in, please update any new insurance information and change of address or phone number.
However, if we do not participate in your insurance plan, it will be your responsibility to pay at the time of service. The receipt you receive is coded for insurance purposes and may be submitted with your claim as well as being used for tax purposes.
In the event that parents are no longer married, the parent bringing the child in for the appointment is responsible for payment at the time services are rendered. Any payment agreement set forth in the divorce decree is between the parents and does not involve the office.
If you have any questions or problems, you may contact someone in our business office between the hours of 9AM and 5PM at (402) 753-2900. |
