Appointments
A receptionist will be available to make appointments after 8:30 AM Monday thru Saturday. At the time you make the appointment, please advise the receptionist if the appointment is for a well-baby check, re-check, physical examination, consultation, 2nd opinion, for a sick child, or if you are bringing multiple children to be seen.

An appointment should be made for each child who is to be seen. By scheduling an appointment for each child to be seen, it allows waiting time for everyone to be greatly reduced, and the office runs more efficiently. Please be on time for your appointment. If you are late for your scheduled appointment, you may need to reschedule, or you will be seen at the next available appointment and there may be a considerable wait. Patients who are on time for their appointments will be seen first.

If for some unforseen reason you cannot make your appointment, please be considerate of others by calling ahead of time and cancelling the appointment, so we may open that time slot for someone else who is ill.

Walk-Ins will be given an appointment at the next available time unless the child represents a emergency. True emergencies will be seen as soon as possible.

Each doctor and our nurse practicioner have an assigned nurse to work with them for the day. For that reason other children maybe called back before your child.  All patients are taken back in the order of their appointment time for each practicioner in the office. There could be an extremely ill child with your practicioner which is the cause of the delay in your being called back. We appreciate your patience.
