Communication
Our Rover needs to collect temperature, light, and humidity values during the mission in order to develop mathematical models describing  the relationships between temperature, sunlight, and moisture in the atmosphere.  The instrument cluster (left) shows the three major probes.

The Humidity Probe is the large  silver probe at the right of the device.  The light sensor is the blue rectangle on the left side, and the temperature probe is the yellow probe with the silver cap near the bottom left.
All communication with the Pegasus Rover is via the Internet using the RoboLab 2.5 Software developed by Labview.  Two RCX bricks contain all the major software for the tools.  The third RCX (on top) is a redundant device, used as a backup controller in case of emergencies.
