Steve has been working at Pelco since March 29, 2004 as a mechanical designer. He has been playing softball for more than 30 years. Steve took over as Manager of the Pelco New York Softball team in 2006. Steve retired from playing softball after the 2006 season because of tendinitis in his right shoulder, which means that he can put all his concentration into coaching. His goal for 2008 is to bring home a divisional trophy.
