KUTZTOWN PA GERMAN FOLK FESTIVAL 2004

Not everything about the Pennsylvania Dutch is about doom and gloom.  They really do know how to have a good time.  Just listen to their music... polka, square dancing, and dueling banjos!  Yee-haw!  Nothing like an accordian and a tuba to get one's feet moving.

Man, all this partying is making me tired.

But let's not forget that festivals are all about the children.  So if they haven't been freaked out by the re-enactment of the hanging or by a large 8 foot plastic groundhog then maybe the kids might actually enjoy themselves with some fun activities like coloring or the Maize Maze.  And one day, when those children are old enough, they may enter the Beer Garden and drink their guts our until all those childhood memories are a distant past.
