Following the traditions set by my Grandmother and her ancestors before her, I have always relied on Natural methods to help myself and my family. Upon reaching Menopause, Allopathic Medical Drugs and supplements were prescribed for me. These did not work. The side effects were worse than the actual transition that I was going through. Researching Alternative Healing Methods I found and used tinctures and teas that successfully and safely helped me through my Menopause and into my post Menopause period. Eventually, as my families and friends health began to improve markedly by the use of Cleanses and my home made Herbal preparations, others requested my products.
