With the passing of British Standard fireworks to Black Cat in early 1998, we have lost our once proud firework heritage, do not lose yours, keep a few of everything when used....and send a few to us, shipping refunded. Thank you

THE GALLERY

All of these US items came from a good pyro buddy of mine, Jim of Michigan, before this museum was born. Thanks to him, all the world can now enjoy them too.

LARGE SUPER 1:1 SCAN OF WONG KWONG HING-EARTH BRAND about 105k

LARGE SUPER 1:1 SCAN OF KWONG YUEN HANG KEE about 130k

The end of firecrackers or "Chinese Crackers" in the UK. Last fall these items were banned from public sale in the UK by the banning section of the government. Sadly I feel that Joe public supports this ban and more bans are to come in order to protect ourselves from ourselves. These are 1:1 scans of the outer wraps of such Chinese crackers, as seen in GALLERY ONE and there is also the head of a cracker that contained about 69 large devices to go together after the main string had fired all the way through!!!!

I hope you enjoy them as much as I have, but am not allowed to anymore, scans below up to 270k, but worth it...I hope!

Head scan of 1000 shot cracker,....circa 1996 and through to the very end in fall 1997....220mm wide at widest point.

Two outer wraps of the above, about 120k,...blue and yellow,..92mm wide....red and black....83mm wide

Two scans of outer wrapper from the very last of the last Chinese crackers I bought in the fall of 1997. These are two scans of a wrap made out of a single sheet of paper. Section 1,...Section 2.......88mm wide.

Outer wrap scan at 1:1 of cracker circa 1990, scanned in sections, part 1, ...part 2,... part 3....these parts are actually a single whole wrap, the item is called "Celebration Crackers". When printed out they should overlap to make a complete wrap.85mm wide.

1:1 scan of outer wrap from 1995-6, scanned in two sections, these would be stuck together in pairs to make a complete wrapper as many times as was needed to encircle the whole cracker...section 1,...section 2....84mm wide

Four scans at 1:1 of mobile type hanging cards attached to center head of cracker described ABOVE. Joined together by two sets of red cord, no1 is closest to head and so on...1,....part 2,...part 3.....etc, red string is 4.5 inchs long between each card , and has two lengths of string between each card..should be obvious on scans.

1......2.........3.........4...........each 135mm wide by 113mm high.

Scan of wrap from a smaller cracker, possibly 250 shot, circa 1995...84mm wide.

Lastly a 1:1 scan of Bomb Cluster label , a multi tube device with a large Stars and Strips on the label...Flying Dragon brand, bought in a UK consumer outlet in 1994-5....280mm high by 172mm wide.

Why not print these scans out at same size and make your own wrapper...and put in on the wall!!!
