| Tuesday and Wednesday @ 4pm Friday @ 3pm Sunday @ 1pm |
| Although, as of now all practices will be played co-ed, there will be times that the men and women will spit and scrimage and/or run drills seperately. |
| Everyone is invited to our ultimate practices. Just show up in Baker Quad, (in the middle of the buildings Baker, Jobst, and the Student Center) at the times shown below. If you are running late and no one is in the quad, (usually about a half an hour after practice starts) the team should be at the lower field at Laura Bradley Park. |
