***Below is a conversation between Ms Yen and me Pep at a message board. Hi Pep and all, Pep, I so enjoy reading your posts -- full of useful information -- I look forward to the completion of your webpage -- can't wait to read it. Please keep me updated as to your experience with the Black Currant Seed Oil -- positive or negative. Pep, when you were having your endo pain, did your endo ever get so severe that the pain radiated not only from the pelvic/ovary region but also the sacral region? Just curious. One more thing, kind of personal so I'll understand if you're uncomfortable discussing it LOL -- but do/did you have problems with your bowels as well, ie. constipation? Take Care, Yen (3-1-01) Hello Yen and everybody, Yen, thank you so much for your kind post. It encourages me and makes me want to work harder on the web page as well( This is my first homepage and it just doesn't seem to progress as quickly as I want it to..). >Pep, when you were having your endo pain, did your endo ever get so severe that the pain radiated not only from the pelvic/ovary region but also the sacral region? Yes. My most severe pain was at the pelvic area but the pain often ran down on my legs and onto feet and sometimes my hip and my back had pain, too. - My pain was mostly on the right side. When the pain was in my leg and foot as well, I could find those pressure points on legs more easily and pressing and massaging them worked quite a bit. But at the times my pelvic pain was so bad, I could not move and all I could do was to take priscription pain pills to knock me out. >-- but do/did you have problems with your bowels as well, ie. constipation? When my pain was getting worse, I also had fatigue and frequent diarrhea. After trying to get environmental toxins out of my life and also trying all those natural remedies mostly concentrating on my endo symptoms for 4-5 months, now I don't have pain, fatigue but sill have chronic diarrhea ( getting better, but still there ). And sometimes I have light cramps where endo pain used to be a little before bowel movements. My intestines have never been a strong part of my body and change of diet and stress used to affect the condition. But now, they don't seem to affect that much. I have been trying to learn about IBS ( Irritable Bowel Syndrome ) and so far, I've learned 4.7 million people have IBS in the US and 70 % of them are female. Is there any connection between endo and IBS ? I have read that hormon factors do effect IBS and most IBS sufferers are in their 20's to 40's...Do I smell connection between hormon inbalance caused by environmental toxins and IBS ?... Lots to learn and ah, this reminds me I have to write about the toxins in plastic issue soon. Well it is very frightening ( and discouraging ! ) to find how much and how easily we are taking those toxins into our bodies and how little of them leave our bodies ever so slowly. I have read that the major relief time is after a woman had her baby and the Dioxin level in the mother's body lowers greatly but...yes, that's because her baby took it. I don't mean to scare anybody or sound negative but I just feel that too many people ignore or do not know these facts..I would like to know more and would like to think of-and do-things to get better... Excuse me for sending a long post again. Thanks for reading. Sincerely, Pep (3-2-01) * If you came to this page directly by search, home is at http://www.geocities.com/pepchun/p.html thanks.
