Announcements made day of the sale take precedence
over any & all previous announcements & advertising.
All items sold at auction are sold " As-is / Where- is " no warrenty is expressed or implied.
All persons attending auction are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase.
Peper Auction not responsible for inaccurate descriptions.
Final bid buyer is responsible for their newly purchased items immediately upon winning bid.
Not responsible for theft or damage, should any occur.
All sales are final and all items must be paid for and settled with the cashier before removing from auction room.
It is understood that the auction area must be left in a
cleaned out condition after the auction.
Please plan ahead and make arrangements for transporting your newly purchased items.
Buyers are responsible for moving and transporting their newly purchased items, which must be removed
within one hour of the end of the sale unless prior arrangements have been made.
Sellers are required to attend the auction. At end of auction, sellers must contact auctioneer
to verify which items have not sold (if any) & with a mutual understanding of these items,
seller is to remove any unsold items as desired within one hour of end of sale,
or the property will be deemed abandoned & shall become property of Peper Auction, and may be disposed of as seen fit.
A hauling & /or dumping fee may be waived at the auctioneer's descretion.
Peper Auction is not responsible for any items withdrawn from the sale.
Removing items from sale is not encouraged. Auctioneer shall be paid full comission on any items withdrawn from sale by seller.
Not responsible for items left at the sale by either buyer or seller.

and shall become the property of Peper Auction and may be disposed of as seen fit.
Please plan ahead for property removal & transportion.
Any agreed upon arrangements for The Moving Assistance Center
or Charles Peper Auction to transport items will be charged at standard moving rates.
