Sac (I know I am crazy!! Oh Well) Letterman? 2 year Letterman Were you on the 2003 CIF Team? If so, how was it running on the State Course? Yes, the course was really fast and I wasn't really focused but it wasn't too bad. Why do you run? I run for fun...haha but really I just love to run. How did you get into running? I've been running my whole life, joined track clubs and ran 5ks/ I never really did it to compete, just to have fun. How do you feel about our 1st place Preseason Ranking in Div. 1 State? Being ranked 1st is awesome and nice to finally be noticed. But really rankings don't mean much to me because before we were ranked so low or not even at all when we should have so no matter what the rankings say doesn't mean anything. Who is your role model or inspiration? My role model is my team and all my inspiation comes from them. Their hard work and drive to be number 1 and the "never quit, keep going" attitude. If it wasn't for them I probably wouldn't be at the level that I am at now and probably wouldn't still be on the team. They bring fun and joy to running. I probably would never show up to practice without them. haha and I almost went to Marina. Favorite quote - I know this is very cliche, but it is one of my favorites: "To give anything less than your best, is to sacrifice the gift." Do you have other hobbies besides running? I write songs with my cousin and make movies...haha I know I am a dork. Favorite Subject in School - Ummm... Probably history because I get it. It is easy and kind of interesting. Least Favorite Subject in School - Most definitely is any science class... Or anything that has to do with retarded vocabulary words; it's a waste of my time. What class are you looking forward to this year in school and why? I'm not really looking forward to any class. |
