Activities
During your stay at Pequeño Paraiso, you will find plenty of beautiful places to visit and exciting activities to undertake.

Franco is an experienced, licensed, and safety-conscience guide who can lead you on hikes to beautiful places nearby or can take you climbing or canyoning.

Pequeño Paraiso has a its own climbing wall and there are great places to go canyoning nearby.  No experience is needed.  These day tours include introductory training, all equipment, lunch, and plenty of fun and challenge. We charge only $35 per person for these activities.

For those who prefer softer adventures, there are wonderful trails to waterfalls, through the rainforest, and to areas where it is relatively easy to spot birds.

Some birds that have recently been seen include the Andean cock of the rock, the black and chestnut eagle, the rufous-tailed tyrant, the orange-breasted falcon, and the rufous-winged tyranulet.  Other birds, such as military macaws, are frequently spotted during certain seasons.  A wide variety of birds, particularly hummingbirds, tanagers, and the Inca Jay frequent the gardens at Pequeño Paraiso.

If you prefer to stay around Pequeño Paraiso, you can enjoy the view, the pool, the restaurant, the  volleyball/badmitten court, and the birds that come to visit.

Call us with any questions or to make a reservation or book a tour.
