Teaching different sauces and dishes (about 4 - 7 or more per class) as well as techniques (flambeing, how to use a knife, garnishes, etc). Each class lasts about 1 to 1 1/2 hours, and all ages are invited!! At the end of each class, all are invited to have a "taste" of all the dishes prepared!! Yum, yum, so come hungry!!
Cost per class, Cost for all classes, any student discounts? Pass out Promotional Material to all your students each class time!!
The 10th Class is FREE to students of the cooking class who have taken a minimum of 7 classes. It is the GRADUATION PARTY, where the students do all the cooking for the classmates. Currently enrolled students, friends and family are invited to attend this party for a nominal fee. All food items for the graduating students will be supplied. So Eat, Drink & be Mary!! (who's Mary?)
