| Persona Questions Q. What is a Persona? A. A Persona is a being that our character can summon to help you fight in battle. It is generally a supressed being that can be used for good or evil. Generally a traumatic incident will trigger the Persona forth, or sometimes even simple things. Everyone in the world has a Persona, they just haven't figured nor would want to figure how to make them come out. People generally don't know about them though. Q. How does a Persona usually look and what are they modeled after? A. Persona are generally very techno punkish lookin(actually most of the time they are... ex. from the actual game ) but are made after certain things like Gods, Goddesses, or mythical creatures... It doesn't really matter what it is. You can be a meak lil girl if you want and then bust out with something like THOR THE THUNDER GOD! It would be nice though if the Persona had something to do with the personality, but it neccasarily doesn't have to. ALSO if your persona is humanish... There is always something that obscures the face somehow, a mask, visor, helmet, something... there is never a full blasted portrait of their face. Q. Can you be anything besides a human? A. No Q. What is the maximum or minimum age your character is supposed to be? A. Generally the ages range from anywhere from 15-24... if you want to be a little bit older that's cool too just as long as you don't go over 40. 14 is the ABSOULOUTE lowest we'll go. It would be more often than not that a Persona user is a high schooler. Q. Are you allowed to meld with your Persona? A. No... Persona's are basically you... they come from you as seperate beings but they are the hidden you so to speak. Q. How long do Persona's usually come out? A: Mostly for about 1 or 2 minutes. Q. How do you invoke Persona's? A. Well, if the Persona has come out already then all you have to do is say "Persona!" and the being will aid you in battle. If the Persona hasn't come out yet, generally your a normal person that doesn't have to use this power or something will eventully evoke it and it will come out of it's own volition. Q. Can our characters have special powers? A. Erm... That's what the Persona's are for... if you want something like kick boxing, or maybe a lil ESP(but not the "I CAN READ YOUR MIND" kind... just like premonitions or something) then I say go for it. Just as long as I don't see 50 billion character with the same thing. Q. Can you come from a differen't high school than those that you listed? A. We would prefer that you stay in these two high schools if your character is in it... If you want to be from a COMPLETELY differen't high school, chances are you probably won't get a Persona. Persona users tend to be attracted toward each other and can normally tell when another person uses a Persona. Q. What is with all the butterflies? A. If you played the actual Persona video games you would totally understand why they are there... just go with it. Q: When do we get new spells? A. Whenever the GM feels anyone is worthy to get one. General Questions: Q. What is God-moding? A. For you newbies or first time Rpers, god moding is when your character becomes super powerful and noone can defeat them no matter what. Q. What is an Auto? A. Once again for those that are new to the Rping world, an auto is a move that you pulled off without letting a person defend or get in an attack... ex. of non auto: You: Lucille rushed forward with a giant sword in hand and swings it at Maya her opponent at hand. Opponent: Maya noticing Lucille coming, in an instant swings to her right and thrusts her own sword out to counter the attack of Lucille which ends up resulting a loud ringing sensation when the swords meet. ex. of an auto: You: Lucille rushes forward and swings at Maya and cuts off her head. Opponent: "That's not fair I didn't get to fight back!" You: "I killed you your dead!!" As you can very well see these lead into some pretty nasty arguments... please don't do them.... Q: What is a GM? A: A GM is what is called a Game Master... they control everything that goes on. Q. Is the GM tough on profiles? A: A capitol hell yes... no need to go furthur than that. And for those that are moronic... or those playing for the first time... excellent writing sample, good grammar, and everything is filled out and satisfactory... Q. Can we make suggestions to the GM to see if we can improve the game? A. Absouloutly... The Gm just doesn't want to see you try and run the game, that more or less pisses the GM off, and personally, they aren't going to put up with that shite (yes I said shite not sh**), and if you try they are ever so rudely going to tell you to back the **** off and leave. Q. Can we take anything from your site and use it on ours? A. Certain things... yes, other things no... Most of the stuff on this site was personally scanned in etc... etc... some of this shtuff we found like the igor pics... which I think is the only thing that I didn't do...were not scanned in by us... oh and the quizzes and shtuff... but things like the example pic above and my personal artwork and backrounds... I scanned in and edited myself... This site was alot of hard work.... and I plan on keeping it that way... if you really really want to and you can't help yourself though, please ask us. Banners you can use and have fun with all you like though... in fact we'd probably thouroughly enjoy that >^_^< |
