Ritz's Plastic Baggie Diaper

The diaper is a gallon size plactic food bag (not the Ziploc kind) pulled up as high as it will go with one of those brown rubber bands around it to keep it on. It works really well, because when it needs changed, all you have to do is pull it off, wrap the rubber band around it a few more times and throw it in the trash. No mess- No work :) Ritz pretty much stands still to put it on too. As for the leash, I've used different stuff. One time I used a long shoe string tied around the collar I made him. And another I used a thin belt that was just around his neck. Both worked well.

I've made him some other clothes too. I got a little straw hat and glued a ribbon under it to tie around his neck. That looks really cute! 'm thinking of trying to make some kind of "overalls" to go over his diaper and tie at his chest or something like that to make the diaper look a little cuter and probably put some kind of rivet on the back to hook a leash to.
