Local activities

(I live in Parsippany (dec 05) Boro, Morris County, NJ)

Outdoors:

· hiking: I am a member of AMC, Sierra, IHC, UCHC. I get out 2 to 3 times a week, mostly with UCHC.

· the NJ shore

· road cycling; not doing much lately

· in-line skating: The rink, Wheels in Motion has been closed. I mostly skate a Park Lake in Rockaway Borough. Not street savvy yet but soon.

Body work:

· yoga

· feldenkrais,

· pilates

· partner massages.

Entertainment:

· minstrel coffee house

· Shanghai Jazz in Madison

· watchung arts center

· an occasional art film, e.g., the series at Morris County Community College
